October / A change in season

As the days grow shorter, familiar streets begin to show a different character. The light falls lower and the spaces between buildings become more noticeable.

We have been keeping a small record of these transitions: paths after rain, the first cold morning, a window illuminated long after dusk.

September / Lines and distances

A landscape is not only what stands in front of us. It is also the distance between things, a line of trees, the edge of a road, or the shape of a distant roof.

These notes are a reminder that attention is a practice, not a destination.
